PRL’s standard push bar Panic Device is a high quality exit device hardware. Panics bar perfecct to be installed on aluminum doors, Full Frame cladded doors and Ultra Narrow doors. These panic bars can be used in all commercial environments, offices, gyms, restaurants, factories, hospitals, healtcare, schools and many more. Keep doors in high traffic areas securely and safely closed, with easy access to open by pushing the bar. Can be opened with hand or by leaning on the unit with any body part. High-quality manufacture to safety standards tested for quality control.
MECHANICAL LOCKS
PRL’s mechanical locks area the ideal security solution when strength and dependability are requiered. We’ve made it an easy choice these standard mechanical locks has been a top choice forr its quick installation, and durability.
LEVER
PRL’s standad Deadlatch Handles are easily unlock, Deadlatches are designed to operateby a natural downward hand movement, these handles incorporate an activator cam disc that mounts on the handles and fits solidly into the cylinder hole of the latch.
ELECTRIC STRIKES
Electric strikes of any aluminum door equiped with an Adams Rite Series. These compact mechanisms fits into aluminum jamb (or opposing door) sections, most effective where keyed entry and security is needed. Included hardware for easy installation. Electric strikes are one of the main elements of every access control system whther it’s a commercial building, school, hotel, hospital orany other facility which secury is desired.

Aluminum doors are available as single or double doors, we render narrow, medium and wide vertical stiles. All our doors can be accommodated to extra tall entrances. High bottom rails may be adapted to all size and to meet local codes. All doors are produced to specific size requirement in widths and heights within limits of each specific. Extruded from heavy duty aluminum alloy, these ingress doors can stand up to whatever you deliver.
Narrow Door Stile

This entry door is available with 2″, 3 ¼”, 5 1/8″ and 10" top and bottom rails.
Custom height top and bottom rails
Narrow stile Center pivot single acting. Offset pivot single acting. But hinge single acting. An industry standard in style and performance. Narrow stiles and rails provide narrow singht lines yet receives most standard hardware designs. Strong reinforced corner construction permits use in heavy traffic areas of commercial applications.
Medium Door Stile

An aluminum door with a 3 ½” vertical stile
This ingress door is offered with 3 ¼”, 5 1/8″ and 10″ top and bottom rails.
Custom height top and bottom rails
Medium stile Center pivot double acting. Offset pivot single acting. Butt hinge single acting. A top performance door eoth a medium stile that accommodates standard and custom hardware and panic devices for a commerical and institutional applications. Strong reinforced corner construction increases size limitation to 4′- 0″ door width 9’0″ maximum door height.

The wide stiles will accommodate most all standard and unusual hardware designs and operatinon requirements. Size limitations are 4′-0″ door width and 9’0″ maximum door height.

Ideal for commercial and residential entries, PRL’s aluminum and glass doors are available in narrow, medium, wide and oversize stiles accommodating glass thickness from ¼” to 1”. Fabricated from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy and designed with strong, reinforced corner construction, our aluminum doors provide top performance in heavy traffic areas.
To meet ADA regulations, our aluminum doors come standard with 10” bottom rails and are available with offset pivots, butt hinges or center pivot operations. We offer a wide range of standard door widths and heights. Fabricating all doors in-house, PRL can accommodate customizations for most top and bottom rails sizes, special widths and heights.
PRL’s aluminum doors are available in generous array of standard and custom finishes. Select from standard clear or dark bronze anodize, powder coat or Kynar paint; or from custom clad, stainless steel or brass to add just the right touch to your aluminum and glass entryway. PRL supplies an expansive selection of options for our aluminum storefronts and entrances. To meet emergency egress codes, we offer and incomparable collection of panic devices and coordinating exterior handles to meet your economical or maximum security needs.
