PRL’s adjustable Dual-Purpose bottom pivot is for use with bottom door rail applications.
Can be used with base plate for floor applications or attached directly to threshold.
Height Adjustment: 3/16″ with door on or off pivot.
Maximum weigth capacity is 200 lbs.
